Lonely Berry

I made this illustration during a period of depression after my best friend/roommate moved into his new apartment, leaving me alone in the dorm. (Of course others would say that would be a fantastic situation. But other issues I was going through made being alone in a half empty dorm room nearly unbearable.) I illustrated a scene where my other cartoons had "moved out" of the place all four of them lived in, leaving Berry isolated. this depicts Berry in a unfamiliar mood. He is sad, whereas in most drawings I show him energetically angered or, what I call, "happily violent". This is also the first time I depict him without his bear hood up, showing his normal face, making the scene more sobering.
